Completely. Your data is encrypted using military-grade encryption algorithm before being sent to our server, you can select the level of encryption from the Phoenix Backup web console. Our servers are kept in a secure datacentre which only authorised staff can access. Our servers are held in two locations so that in the event of a major catastrophe such as a terrorist attack your data is safe. Even with access to the server your data cannot be read in any way unless it is decrypted with the password that only you will know. If you lose your password there is no known way to decrypt the data.
