There is no limit to the amount of backups you can perform, if you want to backup every hour you can! You simply need to amend the relevant setting within the backup client. Your only restriction is your chosen backup plan as your space is limited by this. Your account manager will monitor the backup reports and advise you well in advance if you are approaching your limit.
